What to expect during a treatment

Each person vibrates to their own energy level and so the experience during a treatment will be unique to the individual needs. Some people are more sensitive and open and therefore may experience many different sensations during treatment. One person may see colours, another may feel a change in their body temperature while another may feel a release of tension, anxiety or stress. Some people may feel a tingling or pulsation vibration, while others may fall asleep. Those who are less sensitive may only experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Either way, the crystals will still have an effect.

Occasionally after a treatment, a person might have a worsening effect of their predominant symptoms. One may feel a little low in body energy or spirits; this is normal and is a good sign as it shows that the symptoms are working their way out of the body, mind and emotions. It may take a few days to feel an upsurge of energy followed by a sense of relief and wellbeing.
